Partner programme
Partner terms
Terms for taking part in the DruckOrbit partner programme. Version: 1 September 2026
Section 1 Programme and contracting parties
(1) The partner programme is operated by DruckOrbit, Alexander Krenik, An der Kirche 4, 35260 Stadtallendorf, Germany (hereinafter "DruckOrbit"). Partners recommend the printing services of DruckOrbit through personal voucher codes and referral links and receive a commission under these terms. (2) The contract comes into effect through registration in the partner area at druckorbit.com/partners and acceptance of these terms. DruckOrbit may end the participation at any time (section 9). (3) Individually agreed terms take precedence over these terms.
Section 2 Codes and referral links
(1) Every partner receives a personal voucher code and a referral link. In the partner area, the partner can create further codes based on their code stem, for example per channel. All codes of a partner run on the same terms and the same partner account. (2) The codes apply without restriction: to every customer (new and existing), to every order and any number of times. They have no expiry date. The partner may distribute their codes and links freely. (3) The codes remain the property of DruckOrbit. DruckOrbit may deactivate codes at any time or replace them with new ones. Commission claims that arose before that remain unaffected.
Section 3 Customer benefit
(1) If a customer redeems a code of the partner, the shipping costs for that order are waived, unless a different customer benefit was agreed when the partnership was set up. The benefit applies from a goods value of 10 euros.
Section 4 Commission
(1) The partner receives 10 % of the net goods value of every order in which one of their codes was applied. Net goods value is the value of the goods excluding VAT and excluding shipping costs, after deduction of discounts and vouchers. There is no cap per order. (2) The commission claim only arises for fully paid orders and is subject to the condition subsequent that the order is not reversed. In the event of cancellation, refund or chargeback the claim lapses; amounts already credited are offset against future commissions. (3) Commissions are released for payout 30 days after payment of the order is received, provided no reversal has taken place by then. (4) The partner's own orders are also eligible for commission if one of their codes was applied.
Section 5 Statements and payout
(1) Settlement takes place by way of self-billing under section 14 UStG. The partner agrees to this procedure. (2) Payouts are monthly: at the end of the month everything is paid out that has been released up to and including the end of the previous month. The minimum payout is 50 euros; smaller amounts are carried over to the following month. (3) Payment is made by bank transfer, exclusively to an account held by the contracting partner. (4) Before the first payout the partner provides their complete details (name, address) and declares their tax status: private individual, small business under section 19 UStG, or standard taxation with a VAT identification number. Without these details no payout is made.
Section 6 Taxes
(1) Taxation of the commissions is the partner's responsibility. For partners under standard taxation the credit note shows VAT; private individuals and small businesses receive credit notes without VAT.
Non-binding note for private individuals: commissions generally count as other income under section 22 no. 3 EStG. These remain tax-free if together they amount to less than 256 euros in a calendar year. What matters is the individual situation; when in doubt, tax advice helps.
Section 7 Advertising rules
(1) The partner labels recommendations on social media, websites and comparable channels as advertising where legally required. (2) Not permitted are: unsolicited promotional emails and messenger messages, search engine ads on the brand name "DruckOrbit" and its spelling variants, and misleading statements about DruckOrbit or its services. (3) The partner indemnifies DruckOrbit against third-party claims based on a breach of these advertising rules by the partner.
Section 8 Partner area and customer data
(1) The partner receives personal access to their partner area with redemptions, commission balances and payouts. Access is protected by user name and password; the credentials are confidential and must not be passed on to third parties. (2) The partner does not receive any personal data of customers.
Section 9 Term and termination
(1) The contract runs for an indefinite period. Both sides may terminate it at any time in text form without notice period. (2) Commissions that arose up to termination are settled under these terms. The remaining released amount is paid out in the next regular payout run, even if it is below the minimum payout.
Section 10 Partners without commission
(1) For partners whose codes grant only a customer benefit by agreement (such as student councils and other university groups), sections 4 to 6 do not apply. In this case the contracting party is the respective institution.
Section 11 Final provisions
(1) DruckOrbit notifies the partner of changes to these terms in text form; they apply to orders from the notified date onwards. If the partner does not agree with a change, they may terminate at any time (section 9). (2) German law applies. If the partner is a merchant or a legal entity under public law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of DruckOrbit. (3) Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
