Last updated: August 2026
1. Scope and Provider
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via druckorbit.com. The provider and contracting party is DruckOrbit, Alexander Krenik, An der Kirche 4, 35260 Stadtallendorf, Germany (contact: kontakt@druckorbit.com, further details in the imprint).
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By completing the payment process you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail after receipt of payment.
The contract language is German. We store the order data and send it to you with the order confirmation; you can access and save these terms here at any time.
3. Prices and Payment
The final prices shown during the order process apply, including statutory VAT. Payment is processed by the payment provider Stripe using the payment methods offered there; the order is processed after payment has been completed.
4. Shipping
We deliver within Germany. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and during checkout. Voucher and promotional codes are subject to the conditions stated when they were issued and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Print Files and Responsibility
We print the files you upload exactly as you configured and approved them in the configurator (content, page count, colour, paper and binding options as shown in the preview). We do not review your files for content, spelling or design.
You are responsible for the content of your print files and for holding the necessary rights to them. You indemnify us against third-party claims based on the content of your files.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Our print products are made to your specifications from your files. There is no right of withdrawal for such goods (Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code, BGB). For details, see the withdrawal policy:
To the withdrawal policy7. Warranty
The statutory warranty law applies. The easiest way to submit a complaint is to e-mail kontakt@druckorbit.com.
8. Final Provisions
German law applies. For consumers, this choice of law only applies to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid.
