Bindings for different print runs
Which binding makes sense depends on run size, page count and event format. A short overview.
Hole-punch only
FreeWhen the scripts are filed into ring binders, e.g. in corporate training systems or apprenticeship folders. Classic two-hole punch on the left.
Stapled
Free up to 65 sheetsQuick, light, robust. Standard for training handouts, conference materials and shorter lecture scripts. The most economical option for large runs.
Plastic or wire spiral
From 2.20 EUR per copyLies flat on the table, ideal when participants take notes during the event. Wire spiral feels more premium, plastic spiral is cheaper and available in more sizes.
Perfect binding
5.00 EUR per copyBook-style with a firm cover, conference-proceedings look. Useful for high-end events, omnibus volumes or whenever the script should look representative.

What we do differently for faculties and companies
Self-service script printing works fine for 5 copies. At 200 or 1000, organisation matters more than click flows.
Short-notice orders
If we receive the order in time, we also produce large runs within a few workdays. For tight deadlines just call us and we'll check feasibility specifically.
Direct shipping to participants
On request we ship the scripts with an address list you provide directly to the students or training participants instead of one bulk delivery. Just contact us before ordering.
Phone consulting
For special requests, unusual formats, multi-part runs or shipping logistics, just call. We've been doing this since 2007.
Combined invoicing
Multiple scripts in one order, one invoice for accounting. On request also under a purchase order number from your organisation.

Printing scripts for teaching and training
Reproducing lecture scripts, training material and study handouts for instruction and teaching is permitted under § 60a of the German Copyright Act. We only print what you upload yourself. Legal responsibility for the content stays with the client. For self-authored scripts or material you hold reproduction rights to, printing is unproblematic.
Confidentiality
No students or student assistants involved
Scripts are printed and finished exclusively by our salaried staff. We don't involve interns or student assistants in the printing process. Exam papers, test materials and confidential training documents are thus handled under contractual confidentiality obligations.
